Patient Billing

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, CareCredit, cash or check. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment (co-payment for insurance holders or full fee for non-insurance holders) is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Dental Insurance: We are in network with a variety of dental plans. Please visit your plan’s website to see if we are in network with your policy. For patients with insurance, we will submit your claim after treatment. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

Payment options:

  • Cash Discount: For patients without dental insurance, you can pay with cash or check and receive a discount. We also accept cash or check for any co-pays for patients with dental insurance.
  • Credit Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover for any types of payments.

Other options:

  • CareCredit: Apply online prior to your appointment (www.carecredit.com).

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
